Berry Cheesecake Bowl

Chronicling my Food Adventures while trying to eat healthy.

I decided to start using ChatGPT to make cute recipe cards.

Doing this can help me quit forgetting the portion sizes of the meals I create, to the best of my ability. Doing so can sometimes help with making sure you’re eating the right portions instead of trying to snack throughout the day.

As my mom and I are both on this healthy lifestyle process, I’ve been making a lot of different recipes for her to eat as well. Today, I made the Berry Cheesecake Bowl. ChatGPT coined that name of course.

Take a look at the recipe card below.

You can essentially use the exact measurements in the card, or ballpark it. But this one has Blackberries, Blueberries, Walnuts, and Ricotta Cheese. To balance it out better as far as the Fats, Carbs, and Proteins, easiest way to do it seems would be to add more berries.

I usually add Raspberries, and more Blueberries, but of course, I ran out.

I found this to be an easy way to not forget breakfast. If you want to really go for broke, and you’re not trying to lose another 50 pounds like me, you could use Honey on top. Essentially, make this if you don’t want to spend 6 dollars on a yogurt parfait at Panera.

Not very degen of a post, but maybe it is degen to go against the grain and post healthy stuff instead.
