Kompute Network

What is Kompute Network?

A decentralized cloud computing protocol for Web3 called Kompute Network is built on the Ethereum blockchain and Kubernetes. Our goal is to democratize access to computer resources by establishing a permissionless network between resource suppliers and users.

With the help of our protocol, developers can employ computational resources with less restrictions to build decentralized applications and services. Additionally, by giving their computing resources to the network, resource providers might make money.

We are thrilled to be at the forefront of this technical revolution because we think that decentralized computing is the future of the web. In order to get started with the Kompute Network and join us on this journey, we hope that this gitbook will give you the information you need.

Testnet

On the Göerli ETH network, the Kompute Network private testnet is currently operational, giving users the chance to test and give feedback on our decentralized cloud computing protocol.

We are happy to inform that our upcoming testing phase will shortly begin and that participants will get incentives. Users have a fantastic opportunity to profit from this while also aiding in network development.

Send an email to testnet@kompute.network to join our waitlist if you're interested in joining the testnet. When the next testing phase is active, we'll let you know and provide you details on how to take part. Due to space restrictions, we advise you to sign up as soon as possible.

On the following pages of this GitBook, you can find more information about the testnet and how to install clients and nodes.
