Purpose: Ensure compliance with governance processes and guide members in autonomous navigation and participation
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to those interested in writing proposals and understanding the governance framework
- Monitor compliance with agreed frameworks and provide feedback when not followed (e.g., identify proposals that may require framework revision)
- Encourage member engagement in proposal feedback and voting
- Ensure multisig signers are aware of completed vote results and execute corresponding transactions
- Manage DAO toolings, ensure tools and platforms are available and user-friendly as expected, help organization members learn and familiarize with DAO toolings usage, facilitate the implementation of governance principles
Success Criteria:
- Complete and pass the governance framework draft
- Ensure members understand the governance framework and how to submit proposals or initiate votes
- All governance-related opinions and feedback are properly addressed
- Oversee and audit treasury currencies and assets

(Foundation work like proposals will be moved to Retroactive Incentives application)

Purpose: Ensure organizational financial resources are effectively managed, reasonably allocated, and transparently used to support long-term sustainable development
Requirements:
- Basic financial knowledge
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
- Honest, reliable, and responsible
Responsibilities:
- Improve organizational fund utilization efficiency
- Develop quarterly budget plans, monitor daily expenses, ensure budget compliance
- Prepare concise monthly financial reports, disclose financial information to members, ensure transparency
- Manage off-chain fund transfers and execute off-chain fund allocation
- Ensure organization's long-term financial sustainability, execute internal ledger audits, ensure no major financial issues and maintain high transparency and efficiency in financial management
Success Criteria:
- Off-chain treasury work is conducted by governance coordinators and financial administrators based on actual fiscal cycles. After proposals pass on-chain, off-chain funds should be transferred to designated accounts within 30 days
- Timely organize, initiate, and coordinate financial adjustments of on-chain multisig wallets

Purpose: Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain accurate ledger records
Responsibilities:
- Purchase daily supplies and manage operational inventory
- Record ledger transactions and keep ledgers updated
- Coordinate labor position management, develop position management workflows, complete within the Andromeda Club S0 Master Proposal quarter
- Optimize daily operations and supply management according to Logistics Sustainability Strategy, continuously update and develop the strategy
- Collect member feedback on operations, help members form feasible proposals guided by the Logistics Sustainability Strategy
Success Criteria:
- Operational supplies are always sufficient with no stockouts
- Ledger records are clear and accurate, able to reflect financial status at any time
- Provide income and expense briefings for treasury and finance, assist financial administrator in preparing financial management reports

Purpose: Ensure adequate food supply within the organization while maintaining food safety and health standards, bringing strength to the collective through culinary excellence
Responsibilities: Reference
- Prepare and cook meals required by the club based on collective consultation and needs
- Meet the requirements of Article 16 of the Ministry of Health Order No. 71 (2010) of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to:
  - Washing and disinfecting kitchen and dining utensils, maintaining their hygiene, and cleaning the kitchen
  - Warehouse organization, timely inventory of ingredients, and coordinating with the logistics coordinator for purchases when supplies are low
  - Ensure no food hygiene issues during cooking and preparation, prevent storage of expired or spoiled food
Success Criteria:
- Design diverse meal plans, evening meals must not be repeated on consecutive days
- Ensure daily variety of light meal ingredients, prepare and store them ready for members' direct use
- For dinner, prepare one dish per person on average
- Dinner service no later than 19:30
- Responsible for cleaning utensils and kitchen equipment after dinner service
- Disinfect dining utensils once daily
Compensation: Chef ¥720 + Kitchen Cleaning ¥80 = ¥800/month, paid before the 10th of the following month
Note: The organization shall provide necessary labor protection and upgrade work tools and kitchen equipment subject to approved proposals.

Purpose: Enhance members' living environment comfort and mood, improve collective work efficiency, and maintain long-term sustainable development
Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, ensure no unusual colors or odors
Success Criteria:
1. Ventilate public areas for at least 1 hour daily
2. Remove garbage from public areas once daily
3. Clean bathrooms twice weekly (toilets, mats, drains, floors, sinks)
4. Ensure availability of disinfectant alcohol in bathrooms
Compensation: ¥100/month, paid before the 10th of the following month
Note: The organization shall provide necessary labor protection and upgrade cleaning tools and equipment subject to approved proposals.
