WILDCARD : Gamifying the Attention Economy

Let us try to explain Wildcard when it enters the Farcaster ecosystem.

Wildcard allows users to buy fractional tickets for ANY profile on Farcaster. If you are bullish on a builder in the ecosystem, go ahead, buy their tickets.

The upside? Any and every tip received by their profile, 25% of the same is distributed to the holders. This is having skin in the game and putting your money where your mouth is. Revenue sharing 101.

Many would love to explain Wildcard as the memecoin economy to keep things simple. Buying a full ticket or just investing a fraction of a ticket = 0.001 to show some love and support towards your favourite creator.

All of this buy/sell has a certain percentage of tax involved as well. This tax percentage is: 2.5% goes to the creator and 2.5% to the protocol on buy/sell of tickets.

The Farcaster ecosystem operates in favour of the creators and is slowly building its own Creator Economy in the Web3 space.

Wildcard also follows the same ideologies with $WILD tipping for users.

On signup, every Wildcard user gets an allocation of 500 WILD tokens to be tipped per 24 hours. These get reset everyday, so at any given point of time, the maximum allocation for tipping will be 500 $WILD, there is no hoarding here folks!!!

• Feed: Like every social media powerhouse, Wildcard has a Feed section that shows all the casts happening in the Farcaster World. Once users sign-up on the platform and link their Farcaster account, they can directly add casts, likes, follows and recast natively on the Wildcard app.
  
  Users can also TIP from the Feed page without jumping through multiple points to execute.

• Activity: This is the tab where users can keep a watch on the Buy / Sell activity of tickets on the platform.

  Users also have the option to track Whale buying to get a better pulse on the profile that are expected to blow up or have an insane demand in real-time.

• Tickets: A dedicated Ticket tab to keep track of all the profile ticket up for grabs. The tab is clearly divided into 3 sections: Trending, Top & Recommended. Details under this tab can be sorted via Market Cap or Price of the Profile ticket

• Points: As previously discussed, this is where you can see your daily allowance allocation of $WILD token for tipping, which is limited to 500 $WILD by default. Furthermore, users can view their Tips received and Ticket Revenue in the last 24 hours.
  
  Details in the points tab clearly show:
  
  1. Tip Allowance: This is the WILD you can tip or lose daily. If you tip beyond this, it gets deducted from your points! Allowance resets daily at UTC midnight.
  
  2. Tip Received (24h): These are tips received by you, not including 25% distributed to your ticket holders and they get added to your points realtime. This also resets at UTC midnight.
  
  3. Ticket Revenue (24h): This is your share of WILD from tips received by your tickets, added to your points realtime. Also resets at UTC midnight.
  

  

  
  Users can also participate in Quests in the tab and earn up to 3600 WILD against their completion.

1. 2500 WILD for purchase of a minimum of 2 tickets (multiple tickets counted as well. 4 x 0.5 =2)

2. 1500 WILD for purchase of 1 ticket

3. 1000 WILD for anyone who bought at least 1 ticket

4. 500 WILD for holding at least 0.1 ticket

Wallets: The final tab in the app. This is like your in-app portfolio tracker. It shows the amount of ETH (BASE) you hold and also consolidates your portfolio with the number of tickets you hold as well as the trades executed.
