you write "on" it.
then you write "through" it.
and, eventually, you end up writing "as" it.
because it is just an allegorical representation of your inner child.
a mirror-like expression of all of what makes "you" you... and an exploration into the question:
what if?
what if that (all of what to believe to be you) is not who you are?
how would it feel to not be you?
how would it feel to give up the identification with the character that you are playing in life?
think about it, just for a second.
or more than think, just feel how that thought feels.
does it bring openness?
or do you feel a slight shrinking of your chest after thinking about that kind of freedom?
if you need... let's do it together.
let's stop for a second and breathe.
catch up to your breath, and remember that it is happening.
remember that, since you were born, there has been a silver thread that ties all of what you believe to be you into the experience of "you-ness" that is a natural consequence of being,
human.
on this world.
reading these words.
but what if that is not what you are?
or who you are?
how would that feel?
how would it feel to give "you" up?
what is the ultimate freedom that exists in the human experience?
those are the kinds of questions that we are exploring, through a simple practice.
write for 8 minutes, daily.
right to the core.
you don't need to *know**. actually, it is even better if you give up "trying to understand" what this is about.*
if you try to understand... you will miss the point.
the point is closer than close.
so close that it is easily taken for granted.
as the experience that you've been dealt. as the character you've had to play on this game of life.
but what if?
just write your 8 minutes every day.
we will do the rest.
