JANUARY NEWSLETTER

Happy New Year, even if it's a bit late! We've been busy planning, setting goals, and making strategies for the year, and guess what? You're part of our plans! 😁

It feels awesome to chat with you again. We hope everything's been going well on your end. It's been a while, and we've missed you! Okay, let's get down to it!

Even though we haven't been in touch much lately, we've got some cool stuff in the works.

📍Building the Future:

We're not slowing down anytime soon! Here's a glimpse into our 2024 plans:

The Ayathon will be rebranded to EthDev Africa, aligning with our vision to become the preferred Hackathon event platform for builders in the Ethereum and Layer 2 blockchain technologies across Africa.

EthDev Africa is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at igniting Ethereum and Layer 2 blockchain project innovation in Africa. Through a series of pop-up hacker houses held in select African cities, we provide a curated experience where builders collaborate, prototype, and push the boundaries of Ethereum-focused technology.

The AyaHQ Hacker House which will be launching in Q2, 2024 and be home to all IRL builder and community activities.

Join the waitlist for the Ayaversity Builders Program (Cohort 3) which will be a hybrid event.

Community Workshops: Stay tuned for practical skill-building workshops.

AyaHQ Hacker house

Exciting news! We've established our very first hacker house in Ghana, a hub for training and hosting hackathons. The future looks promising, and we're brimming with optimism.

Zuafrique Builders Program

We're seeking your contribution in the Zuafrique Builders Program. This program offers a two-week immersive experience tailored for operators, builders, and enthusiasts who are passionate about Ethereum and Layer 2 technologies in Africa.

Our goal is to promote Ethereum and Layer 2 education and innovation throughout Africa.

We would appreciate any contribution even $1. Note that you need a minimum Gitcoin Passport score of 15 for you to qualify for matching. The QF round ends on the 15th of February, so please help us make this a reality.
