AyaHQ is excited to announce its partnership with Lisk, launching the AyaHQ x Lisk Africa Onchain Builder Program. This initiative empowers African developers and entrepreneurs to build innovative applications on the Lisk blockchain.
Over the next 4.5 months, the program aims to transform these builders into founders by assisting them in team formation and launching real-world applications on the Lisk mainnet (OP Superchain).
We will host builder roadshows in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria, culminating in a 72-hour hybrid hackathon in collaboration with local communities. Builders will focus on themes including, but not limited to:
ZK roll-ups
DeFi (Wallets)
Real-World Assets (RWAs)
Degen (gamified sports betting with NFT rewards)
The program will kick off virtually, with the top 10 projects having the opportunity to spend two weeks at AyaHQ in Accra, Ghana. During this time, they can refine their solutions, receive mentorship, contribute to the collective's growth, and access a milestone-based grant of up to $100,000 from Lisk, with the potential for further investment from the Lisk VC ecosystem.
This partnership marks a significant step towards fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa's blockchain ecosystem, providing builders with the resources and support necessary to succeed in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
