...allow others to be just who they are.
The duo reach the edge of the forest at around 6.11 pm. A wide landscape of sunflower fields stretches out before them and a cobbled path leads down from the forest, winding through the fields. About 300 metres from the forest is a single three-storey house. The Solar panels on the roof reflect the setting sun. Next to the house is a round, marked-out area framed by a wooden fence, at the northern end of which is a barn. Some machines are parked inside.
"She is a Farmer?"
"The Barmaid...? Aye! Family business since 21."
"Long time! Seems like she knows how to do her job.
These flowers look brighter than the sun itself."
"I am telling you, these sunflowers are the happiest sunflowers on the planet.
You can ask her, she'll be happy to tell you all about the 'shit’."
"The 'shit'?"
"Nevermind, mat'! You will find out!"
Says Palda and begins to run down the small hill on which the forest stands. He starts to run faster and faster in a hopscotch run. Then he stops for a moment, lets out a very loud cheer and calls out to Bodhilama:
"THE LAST ONE WILL PAY THE FIRST THREE ROUNDS!"
Bodhilama smiles mischievously as he looks after the dwarf. Then he realises that this dwarf is quite fast. It's been a long time since his last competition. And more to the delight of having someone to compete against, lamabodhi starts running too.
