It is okay to do less

Nothing.

A blank piece of paper lay in front of Bodhilama.
Today he has been sick, now he was fine in at night.
Yet he couldn't write. Or rather, his motivation was not there.
Over the last few day he neglected his routine & now he wanted to go back to it.
More words meant less time to sleep, so he said to himself:

"It is okay, today I do less.
Right now my focus needs to be on something else.
Tomorrow is a new day, I will kick on with new energy.
For now, I want to rest."

He is still holding on to the decision he made yesterday.
In his head, he had already made a plan of what he needed to do before he left.
The feeling in his stomach was queasy and yet he was looking forward to getting back home.
Dreams about his old home followed him in his sleep.

Still Nothing.
