This week's featured DAO built on the Builder protocol is member DAO! $member is a memecoin created as a playful critique of crypto pyramid schemes, initially named MLM for multi-level marketing. Developed by Gami on Base, it gained attention during a free NFT drop on Zora through a comment by taliskye.eth, leading to a rebrand that paid homage to the meme "number go up" with a phallic twist. Gami airdropped 50% of the token supply to over 14k NFT collectors as a token of appreciation. The $member token aims to serve as a base for community-led experiments and uses tokenomics designed to support its ecosystem.
