Hey there!
Thanks for being here <3
Today I want to talk about the importance of building in web3 as if starting from scratch. It's easy to focus on bringing your existing web2 community from platforms like Instagram and Twitter into web3. However, convincing people about web3 and crypto can be time-consuming and energy-intensive.
My advice is to concentrate on fans and collectors already native to web3 and let your project speak for itself. Over time, with dedication and hard work, your web2 audience will grow curious and ask questions.
That's when you can extend a helping hand, onboard them, and encourage participation in your community. By focusing on those already engaged, others will take notice. Let your work speak for itself, and watch how web2 and web3 start working together to benefit your project and your community as a whole.
What’s New?
There aren't many updates this week, but I'm still riding the wave of excitement from launching this newsletter. It's been a long-time goal of mine, and it's truly amazing to see it come to life and make its way into the world.
That being said, As part of our journey, every issue will be available on both Substack and Mirror, making it easy for you to stay connected with all things Charlie Crown.
But that's not all! You can now mint the Crown Chronicles Access Pass on Mirror, your key to unlocking 'The Crown Chronicles' content and ecosystem.

Creative Corner
This week's Creative Corner tip is all about building inspiration folders and playlists to boost your creativity and output. Set aside a few hours every Sunday or Monday to gather inspiration, like Pinterest boards, Splice sample folders, inspiring tracks on Spotify, or lyrics on Genius. The aim is to create folders filled with ideas that spark your creativity and get you excited about making music.
If you want to go a step further, dedicate part of Monday to creating presets for your favorite synths/plugins, aiming for 4-5 presets that really inspire you. When Tuesday rolls around, use your inspiration folders to work faster and smarter, getting your creative juices flowing as soon as you sit down to work.
We've all faced creative blocks, but these folders serve as a reminder of your talent and creativity. Use them to get inspired quickly and start building with sounds and ideas you already love. Give the inspiration folders a try and see how they boost your workflow and music output.
Happy creating!
