Step 1: Navigate to The Quest

Find Pendle quests at https://rabbithole.gg/quests or if you have the links to them, just use them directly. They are the ones with Pendle's logo.

Click on the quests, and switch to the required networks.

Then, click 'Start Quest' to go to Pendle (https://app.pendle.finance/trade/markets).

Step 2: Swap to Yield Token

Always make sure you are trading on the correct website: https://app.pendle.finance/trade/markets. Now, connect your wallet to Pendle.

As you can see, in each market, there will be two options for you to invest in: YT (Long Yield APY) and PT (Fixed APY). To complete Pendle Finance quests, you must buy one of them. But what are they and which one to buy?

Firstly, PT (Fixed APY) or Principle Token is a token that lets you fully redeem your initial investment plus the interest at the time you open the position, once it's mature. (The PnL is realized on maturity)

For example, you invested 1 WSTETH into the WSTETH market, with an APY of 5.3% at the time thinking the APY won't be that high at the maturity time. At maturity, you make a profit if the APY is lower and take a loss if the APY is higher.

On the other hand, YT (Long Yield APY) is the tokenized version of a market's APY. By buying YT, your profit at the maturity time will be decided by the APY's fluctuation.

For example, you bought 100 USDC worth of aUSDC (USDC deposited to Aave) when the APY was 5%. You make a profit if the APY goes up and vice versa.

YT is the token you must buy to complete the quest. To do this, choose a market on the Trade UI, and click the blue "YT" button.

Note: Before trading, go back to Rabbithole to check the "Action details", to see minimum amounts, types of tokens, etc. DYOR if you buy a considerable amount.

You will be moved to a swap mode for this market. Input the amount of investment and click the blue "Approve ..." button. Then, sign a transaction.

Afterward, click "Swap".

Finally, review transaction's details, click "Swap" and sign another transaction.

Step 3: Finish Your Quest

Now that you made an eligible swap on Pendle Finance, go back to RabbitHole to receive your rewards. Click "COMPLETE QUEST" to get your rewards.

If you want to close your positions, go to your Dashboard and click on the position that you want to close.

Consequently, approve and swap your YT back to the underlying tokens.
