Staking on Assetux

Unlock Rewards and Boost Network Security with ASX Tokens

In the evolving world of decentralized finance, staking is more than just a way to earn passive income—it’s a commitment to supporting the network and earning exclusive rewards based on your engagement. The Assetux Staking System offers users the opportunity to lock up $ASX tokens and enjoy multiple benefits tailored to each user's chosen tier. Here, we’ll break down how the staking system works, the rewards available, and how different tiers open doors to unique benefits.

What is Staking on Assetux?

Staking in the Assetux ecosystem involves temporarily locking up $ASX tokens in exchange for a variety of perks. The longer you commit your tokens, the more you stand to gain, whether through enhanced rewards, reduced fees, additional energy, or a share in the protocol's success. This system also promotes network security by encouraging long-term commitment, making it an essential part of the Assetux community.

How Staking Works

With Assetux, staking rewards are structured around four distinct tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each tier has unique requirements and provides different benefits, allowing users to choose the commitment level that best suits their goals. The tier-based system means that the more you stake—and the longer you’re willing to commit—the higher the rewards and benefits you unlock.

To start staking:

  1. Select a tier based on your token holding and staking period.

  2. Commit the specified amount of $ASX tokens to a designated staking pool.

  3. Reap rewards based on your tier’s benefits and the length of your stake.

Staking Tiers and Their Benefits

The Assetux Staking Tiers are designed for different commitment levels. Here’s a breakdown of what each tier offers:

  • Bronze Tier
Requirement: Stake 5,000 ASX or hold 10,000 ASX
Benefits: Basic rewards with a 0.07% smart account fee and access to introductory staking opportunities.

  • Silver Tier
Requirement: Stake 25,000 ASX or hold 50,000 ASX
Benefits: Enjoy 0.03% smart account fees and a 0.6% cross-chain fee. This tier also grants access to whitelisted Amateur activities.

  • Gold Tier
Requirement: Stake 100,000 ASX or hold 200,000 ASX
Benefits: Unlock a 0.01% smart account fee and 0.3% cross-chain fee. Gold tier members gain access to exclusive activities and receive priority benefits.

  • Diamond Tier
Requirement: Stake 250,000 ASX or more
Benefits: As the top tier, Diamond offers a 0.01% smart account fee and 0.1% cross-chain fee, along with exclusive access to campaigns, microtasking events, and a private Telegram group. This tier is ideal for dedicated stakers seeking maximum benefits.

Lock Periods and Reward Benefits

The lock period you choose also impacts your rewards. Assetux offers several options, each with its own Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and additional perks:

  • 2-Year Lock
    APY: 18%
    Protocol Fee Share: 10%
Benefit: Best suited for long-term stakers, this option provides the highest APY and a share of protocol fees.

  • 1-Year Lock
    APY: 12%
Energy Bonus: +1 extra energy for every 500 ASX staked (up to +25 energy)

  • 6-Month Lock
    APY: 8%
Energy Bonus: +1 extra energy for every 1,000 ASX staked (up to +10 energy)

  • 3-Month Lock
    APY: 4%
Energy Bonus: +1 extra energy for every 1,500 ASX staked (up to +5 energy)

The 2-year lock provides the highest APY and an added benefit of a protocol fee share, ideal for committed stakers aiming for maximum rewards.

Gated Tasks and Buy-Back Program

Gated Tasks offer an additional way to boost your staking benefits. These are exclusive tasks that can only be accessed by meeting certain requirements, such as holding a particular NFT, meeting a minimum ASX balance, or achieving a specific staking tier. Completing these tasks can yield higher rewards and bring unique benefits, adding another dimension to the staking experience.

Assetux also has a Buy-Back and Reuse Program. To promote token stability and long-term value, 26% of profits are dedicated to buying back ASX tokens, with 10% of this amount specifically allocated to boost staking rewards for two years. This buy-back mechanism supports token value appreciation and incentivizes user engagement by increasing potential rewards.

Staking Pools and Reward Distribution

Initial rewards distribution includes an allocation of 62 million ASX tokens across different staking pools, each with a set lock period, APY, and annual distribution. Here’s an overview:

  • 2-Year Pool
    APY: 18%
    Allocation: 18 million ASX
Max Pool Size: 50 million ASX
    Annual Distribution: 9 million ASX
