I wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving. Gratitude is good for us, and I love celebrating it. Thank you for reading this newsletter, and for doing something amazing last week that maybe only you know about.

I’ll keep this week’s newsletter short. I’m writing from Cozumel, Mexico, where Sunday I finished my first (& maybe only) full Ironman triathlon. I swam 2.4 miles in the ocean, rode 112 miles on a bicycle, and then ran (and walked ;) a marathon. Do I have stories and insights? You betcha: I had a lot of time to observe and think! More on that next week when I get back in front of my keyboard.

For now, what I want to share with you is that I came in dead last. And it never felt so good.
