Preliminary discussions about cohort_3 were had. Will occur after the vote for DpIP #1.

- Discussed possibility of introducing it on an L2 due to current gas prices (150+ gwei today!?!?).
- New test shirt with finalized design was ordered and arrives next week.
- Discussed additional merch designs and possibilities to coincide with this NFT drop.
