   • Description: A growing decentralized social network. The team has 2mn+ MAU compared to Farcaster at 150k MAU. They look at their competition as centralized social platforms.

   • Fundraising & Valuation: $15M @ $150M Val

   • Investors: Round is now being led by Blockchain Capital, who is taking $10 million of the $ 15 million round, valuing at the company $75 million post-money equity. There will be now a token warrant valuing the company at $150mn FDV

   • Fundraising & Valuation: $30M @ $300M

   • Investors: Raised 9M @35M(70M token val) back in March 2022. The round was led by Polychain with participation from Shima Capital, Upfront (LA’s biggest VC) and BDMI (German adtech player).

   • Fundraising & Valuation: Open @ $30-$50M Valuation

   • Investors: Raised $3.5 million in an oversubscribed Seed round led by Greenfield with participation from Lemniscap, No Limit Holdings, Cogitent Ventures and Ankr

   • Fundraising & Valuation: 3M @12M val ( 1:1 token warrant)

   • Investors: Brevan Howard is going to lead this round

   • Description: Pioneering the first ModelFi protocol, designed to create financial opportunities for AI creators, consumers, and investors through blockchain-based principles like tokenization, incentivization and monetization.

   • Fundraising & Valuation: $3M (min check $50K; raised Angel Round $2M @ $20M in Q1 2024) @ $60M

   • Investors: Hasn't started raising; talking to CoinFund, Polychain. Previous round investors include KR1, Purechain, YBB, Zonff, GHouse.capital, and MQDao.
