   • Description: A new primitive to accelerate and scale Solana without state fragmentation. It introduces the concept of Ephemeral Roll Ups that are Just-in-Time, SVM-based runtimes that accelerate state transitions for selected Solana accounts.

   • Investors: Previous investors: $3M at a 40M valuation from a16z through their CSX program. Current Lead Investor: Lightspeed faction

4. DEAL #4

   • Description: A decentralized options AMM focused on zero-days-to-expiry contracts for crypto and real-world assets, offering up to 200x leverage with a top-tier user experience. Backed by Animoca Ventures and endorsed by Berachain Holdings.

   • Fundraising & Valuation: $1M @ $25M FDV

   • Investors: In May 2023, raised $550K at a $15M FDV with participation from Big Brain Holdings, Cogitent Ventures, The Bit Research, Coinflip Panda (GMX), Hansolar, Joe Takayama, and community members Rice Maximalist and Tom. In April 2024, extended the Seed Round, raising $650K at a $17.5M FDV led by Animoca Ventures and Avid3, with participation from Web3 Port, Forbole, The Honey Jar team, Ser DAO, AWF DAO, and founders from Ramen Finance (Noral), TimeSwap (Ameeth), PuffPaw (Reffo), and Kodiak (Beartic).
