尊敬的刘**博士：
您好，我是郭阳振。
首先很抱歉我今天才联系您，从3.10日我过去这么多天被封闭管理，一直无法接触到互联网，而最近这些天才有机会偶尔出来发邮件，完成一些自己的创业工作，给朋友同事合伙人同步信息等。
然后我想说，未来无法继续在您的公司工作我感到非常遗憾和抱歉。因为您是一个很不错的老板，也对我照顾有加。过去的几个月，我已经深深感受到了这一点，也一直对您的帮助心怀感激。也请您代我转达对兰姐和小刘总只多不少的感激。
这封邮件主要有以下几个目的：
表达歉意感激，
后续我的工作和创业安排同步，
以及关于我工资尚未发放的事情的疑惑困扰。
首先，我认真正式再次表达抱歉。这既有我个人的原因，也有我父母和家人的原因，这点有我和外界无法左右的因素，此前您已有所了解，不详述。
然后我个人目前是创业状态，有自己的团队，合伙人，公司以及产品服务目录，后面也会给您发送一份，我从您公司工作那里学到了很多，后续如果有可能我希望更多是以合作的形式来向您表达回馈帮助。
最后我想说关于我的工作和工资。在过去的三个多月，我个人方面完成的工作有：
完成大小图标logo和PPT设计17份，已提交给您，
完成品牌创意方案简介7份，已提交给您，
完成小刘总安排的文档及设计3份，已提交给小刘总
完成招聘第一次面试30人，在Boss直聘都有记录，
完成抖音短视频直播策划方案1份，抖音直播1次，视频号测试直播10次，
完成音乐刘老师安排的额外工作1份，撰写文档3000字
完成对您儿子的小学初中课程教学6次，平均每次2小时
您目前给我已经发放的工资是*000元，第一个月的工作。除去我放假请假，我还跟着您工作了两个月，期间完成的大小体力劳动我都没有计数，当然，在您对我帮助如此之大的情况下，我根本不可能对基础的体力劳动进行计数，因为哪怕是当智信文化传媒的保姆或佣人，我都觉得很幸运。
不过，即便是佣人，也会有工资。完成了工作就会有报酬。这点是自古以来天经地义的事情。
而且更重要的是，这是与您的个人信誉直接挂钩的关键事件。
我在2022年**月从深圳创业公司辞职，当时因为保密原因没有告诉您具体工作，现在可以清楚说明：
我当时负责创业团队的运营及市场营销工作，带领的实习生有*位，负责在小红书，抖音，公众号，今日头条等平台生产和运营图文设计笔记，文章，短视频，中视频，长视频等。
我工作的*个月为之前的公司带来新增用户1000多位，付费用户100多位。而我的工资也达到了每月15K，五险一金，年终奖，和各种福利汇总加载一起不低于每月20K。更重要的是，我当时的老板非常赏识我，也承诺说在我工作满三年给我20%的公司股份，上市后提拔我成为仅有的5位合伙人。
这些都是过去时了。因为我回来了**，跟您一起创业。
但这三个月，我没有得到应有的重视，自认为也没有发挥出自己的光和热。
所以我打算在接下来到深圳自主创业。希望能得到您的支持，比如能否给我过去几个月剩下的工资？比如能否给我过去给您儿子补课的酬劳（我线下辅导每小时300元）？比如能否有可能与我产生某些可能的合作？
还想和您说的一点是，我个人在过去的七年有3年的冥想经验，5年的专业化写作经验，7年的阅读经验。我曾经阅读过100本书，逐字逐句阅读，曾经录制超过100小时的专业课程音频，曾经每天跑步至少5公里，连续200多天，曾经每天冥想30分钟，连续6个月没有间断。
为什么要说这些呢？我觉得您不是很了解我。
其实我对个人潜能开发，教育领域一直都很感兴趣，而且也一直有自己的导师（mentor），幸运的是，在两周前，我询问他能否带我参加一些潜能开发的培训，他表示同意，而且我即将在2024年到云南参加为期30天的封闭式潜能大师培训计划。

You have currently paid me a salary of *000 RMB for the first month of work. Apart from my vacation leave, I have also worked with you for two months, and I have not counted all the small and large physical work I have completed during that time. Of course, with you helping me so much, it is impossible for me to count the basic physical work, because I feel lucky even to be a nanny or a maid for Wisdom Culture Media.
However, even as a maid, you get paid. You get paid for a job well done. This has been the natural order of things since the beginning of time.

I resigned from my Shenzhen start-up in 2022**, without telling you exactly what I was doing at the time for confidentiality reasons, which I can now clearly state:
I was responsible for the operations and marketing of the startup team, leading a team of * interns responsible for producing and operating graphic design notes, articles, short, medium and long videos on Xiaohongshu, ShakeYin, Public, Today's Headline and other platforms.

All of that is now a thing of the past. Because I have come back** to start my own business with you.
But in these three months, I have not been given the attention I deserve and I don't think I have been able to bring my light and heat to bear.
So I intend to start my own business in Shenzhen next. I hope I can get your support, for example, can you give me the rest of my salary for the past few months? For example, could I be paid for the tuition I have given your son in the past (300 RMB per hour for my offline tutoring)? For example, would it be possible to work with me on some possible collaboration?
Another point I would like to make to you is that I have personally had 3 years of meditation experience, 5 years of professional writing experience and 7 years of reading experience in the last 7 years. I have read 100 books, word by word, I have recorded over 100 hours of professional course audio, I have run at least 5km a day for over 200 days, and I have meditated for 30 minutes a day for 6 months without stopping.
Why do I say all this? I don't think you know me very well.
I have always been interested in personal potential development, education and have always had my own mentor.
