思行合一灵感流淌2023年系列专栏开启更新。
这两年我发生了一些很重要的转变，包括内在的和外在的世界，我从2017年开始一直致力于成为一个内心丰富，灵魂有趣的人，也希望能够给这个世界创造一些关键的影响和转变。
2022年的专栏思行合一更多重视认知，行动，实践的层面，2023年有一个很重要的生命面向的转变是，更关注精神，内在与灵魂层次的跃迁提升与连接，我希望创造美好作品，也已经体验到灵感流淌，持续的心流专注的状态，更愿意将这些分享出来。

创造 进化 体验 连接
这也可以说是我的人生信条，持续创造，持续进化，持续体验，持续连接。
仅仅关于这三四个概念，我就有很多值得分享和最近七年深入研究获得的洞见。我持续关注整个社会在发生的外在转变，尤其是人工智能、脑科学，认知神经科学等科技领域，也在持续探索内在世界和自我使命（认知心理学，情感连接与智能），
比如我既研究Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Albert Einstein, Charlie Munger也了解王阳明，萨古鲁，克里希那穆提，杨定一并且也在践行和分享他们的思想…他们是我的人生幕僚，精神导师，也是很重要的信息来源和实践老师。

我所认为的人生意义，在于四个方面：
持续创造（Create/Build）创造自己的作品/产品，是当自己的物理实体离开世界时得以存续的东西，以及不仅仅在自己的内在世界还有外在世界创造好的影响和改变。
持续进化（Evolve）不仅仅是持续的自我提升和自我超越，还要拥抱不确定性，适应变化，协同成长，穿越周期，与时代共进。
持续体验（Experience）体验和感受都无从比较，但每个人的人生体验都可以往更为丰富、多元和具体全面的方向尝试。
“须知参差多态，乃是幸福本源”。
持续连接（Connect）世界由网络构成，每一个人可以选择和任何一个人建立深度连接关系，这是我们这个世界美好运转的保证，也是世界如此多样化，有集体潜意识和共同信念价值观的原理。
这些都基于我对自我、他人和世界的认识，个人的生命叙事和人生脚本视角，以及阅读实践和经验过的几乎一切。
而我也想要构建以创造和流动及一系列原则为基础的生活方式并持续分享出来。
创造和流动都蕴含着生机，更新和更多/更大的可能性，而原则代表着那些长期主义视角下几乎不变的规律，法则和原理。
最近看到卡内蒂的一句话：
如果人可以永生，还有多少人觉得生命充满价值？（和意义）？

Philosophy of Column Writing: Create Evolution Experience Connection
The 2023 series of columns of Ideation and Action, Inspiration Flowing is launched for the update.
I've been through some very important changes over the past two years, both internally and externally. Since 2017, I have been committed to becoming a person who is rich in heart and interesting in the soul, and I also hope to create some key impacts and changes in this world.
The Ideation and Action 2022 column pays more attention to the cognitive, action, and practical aspects, while the important change in the spiritual, inner, and soul levels of the 2023 column is emphasized.
I hope to create beautiful works, have experienced inspiration flowing, and have a state of continuous flow and focus. I am more willing to share these.

This can also be said to be my life motto: continuous creation, continuous evolution, continuous experience, and continuous connection.
With just these three or four concepts, I have many insights worth sharing and have gained in-depth research over the past seven years. I continue to pay attention to the external changes that are taking place in society, especially in the fields of artificial intelligence, neuroscience, cognitive neuroscience, etc., and also explore the inner world and self-mission (cognitive psychology, emotional connection, and intelligence).
For example, I have studied Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Albert Einstein, and Charlie Munger, as well as Wang Yangming, Saguru, Krishnamurti, and Yang Dingyi, and I also practice and share their ideas... they are the stuff of my life, spiritual mentors, and important sources of information and practical teachers.

I think the meaning of life is in four aspects:
Continuous Creation (Create/Build) Creating one's own works/products is something that can survive when one's physical entity leaves the world, as well as creating good effects and changes not only in one's inner world but also in the outer world.
Continuous Evolution (Evolve) Not only continuous self-improvement and self-transcendence, but also embracing uncertainty, adapting to change, co-growing, crossing cycles, and advancing with the times.
Continuous Experience (Experience) Experiences and feelings cannot be compared, but everyone's life experience can try to be more rich, more diverse, more specific and more comprehensive directions.
"Know that the variation is the source of happiness."
Continuous Connection (Connect) The world is made up of networks, and everyone can choose to establish a deep connection with anyone else. This is the guarantee that our world operates beautifully and the principle of the world being so diverse with collective sub consciousness and shared beliefs and values.
All of these are based on my understanding of myself, others, and the world, my personal life narrative and perspective on life scripts, as well as everything I have read, practiced, and experienced.
And I also want to build a lifestyle based on creating and flowing a series of principles and continue to share them.
Creation and flow both contain vitality, renewal, and more/larger possibilities, while principles represent those rules, laws, and principles that are almost unchanged from a long-term perspective.
