At Hangry HQ, we are committed to continuously improving the gaming experience. We're excited to share some recent changes, including updates to our moose character model, enhancements to cloth physics for his shiny dressing gown or robe as you US folks call it..., and new level progression for the Zones 1,2,3. We're hard at work eliminating item pickup issues from the Ice Cream truck and weapon handling errors introduced but the animation rigging tool. There are so many ideas flowing for game mechanics, level ideas, ai usage, enemy types, side quests and item points systems its crazy! Fitting all of this into a storyline is going to be tough, but exciting.
The first notable update is with our Marv the moose model. We've added more natural movement and interactions by implementing cloth physics to his robe... some issues with objects within a single mesh to repair as you can see in the video clip below. Now, you'll find the movements of the moose and its environment more realistic than ever, thanks to the intricate simulation of cloth materials. This brings a whole new level of depth and realism to the game as we've already implemented these principles onto Zebrina with her ponytail and sports gear. Bryland the Bear and crew will follow soon as we clean up each character one by one.
We've taken a pause on level design for a spell while we shift our focus to the enemy ai situation. Having seen some pretty dope procedural enemy follow mechanics and attack sequences, we're keen to explore an ai system which adopts the ability to learn and adapt to the users game style. We are planning to introduce 3 types of enemy for the game with further enemy styles as we get closer to major release. Our player needs reach attacks, aerial attacks and ground movement swarms to provide strategic variety to the gameplay. Exciting times.
Besides the technical updates, one of the modelling crew has kindly gifted and introduced an ice cream truck into the game. Satisfy your virtual sweet tooth while navigating through the challenging terrains is now possible 😛 . But stay alert! Along with this fun addition, we've increased the rate at which enemies spawn, adding an extra layer of suspense and excitement while you queue for that Mr Whippy or Twister Ice lolly! Each item of food yields a different level of health for your Hangry, so it pays to limit and be strategic about what your player consumes to recharge.
In the realm of partnerships and VC pitching adventures, we're in some exciting conversations with some big players in the payment processing space to support our charitable efforts. There will be more news in the New Year, but for now, stay frothy. This collaboration will open up new opportunities for in-game transactions, making purchases easier and more secure as well as validating users across our ecosystem. Web3 has had a very bad rep this past two years and it's great to be in conversation with organisations that see through the fud and appreciate the innovation being pushed by builders and creators behind the scenes who are not seen, not heard and get shade thrown left right and centre for the quietness in favour of urgency for quick flips. We're still here, carrying out our mission to go big or go home! Never left and we're looking forward to sharing more details about these partnerships with everyone in the new year.
Last but not least, we are currently in the process of onboarding a few charities including: Hope Rescue and Cat Chat into our platform. We believe in leveraging the power of gaming for good, and this is just another step towards that goal. Players will soon have the opportunity to contribute to these highly respected organisations through their gameplay as we test out wider adoption of charitable integration into our ecosystem with flow of funds into our charitable treasury.
