Motivation will not make you successful

What is motivation?

Motivation is a bright desire to act and achieve.
Motivation = Dopamine. But unfortunately, like dopamine, motivation is short-lived. Motivation can only boost you and it depends on you whether you continue to work or fall.
Were you motivated to learn a new language? At this moment you think “wow that’s very easy to learn it” and you continue to watch motivational videos, then you download tonns of apps to learn english, but… You don’t even open them…
And sure after this you have 1001 reasons not to do it.

Is it possible to achieve success with motivation?

Answer is simple - NO! You can’t get rich or get fit with motivation. Only people who knows that motivation can’t help them to achieve a goal get real succeed. Don’t listen to “air sellers” such as Tony Robbins.
Instead of motivation you need self-discipline. About this I’ll write separate article therefore be sure to follow me, so you don’t miss anything, but in this article I’ll tell you a little bit about it.
If you have a goal to read everyday books you mustn’t plan to read everyday for 2–3 hours. In the beginning you should read about 15 minutes per day. It’s very small and simple goal, so you will do it. After a week start reading for 20 minutes per day and and keep increasing until you have enough.
The most difficult task is to start doing something, to make the wheel roll. By reading for 15 minutes a day you will create a habit and even if you don’t want to read you will read out of habit.

If you have read up to this point, then congratulations! You have at least a minimum concentration! So that’s motivation for you and now stop reading articles and watching videos, just start doing!
