This project is meant to document Israeli war crimes in a decentralized and censorship-resistant manner. Evidence of such war crimes is being actively censored by a variety of platforms including X, Google, Instagram, and Facebook, among others. This is entirely unacceptable and we will not allow such evidence to be lost to history, especially through purposeful suppression.

We have sought to use a tech stack that will meet our needs of decentralization and censorship-resistance by:

• using Ethereum and its ecosystem, especially storage and privacy tools

• all posts on Paragraph/Mirror are uploaded to Arweave, a decentralized storage network

• all content such as photos/videos are uploaded to IPFS, another decentralized storage network, with Content IDs (CID) shared with every item for additional backup

• using eth.limo for a URL - always accessible at israeliwarcrimes.eth.limo

In addition to direct evidence of war crimes, we may also choose to highlight individuals or organizations that are:

• dehumanizing Palestinian people

• justifying/suggesting/promoting ethnic cleansing/forced displacement/genocide

• joking about the mass slaughter of civilians

• denying the existence of Palestine

• promotion of the collective punishment of civilians

• trying to discredit or downplay the death toll

• justifying or suggesting the targeting of civilian architecture

• defamation of activists/protestors and student organizations

• suggesting that carnage in Palestine has been faked

• denying that civilian casualties occurred or suggesting they were acceptable or only the result of "precision" or "targeted" strikes

• falsely equating anti-zionism with anti-semitism
