"The more I learned, the more fascinated I became with the potential of decentralization and community empowerment," he recalls. Inspired by the possibilities, he co-founded the Vietnam Non Fungible Group (VNFG), a community dedicated to supporting Vietnamese creators, collectors, and traders in Web3.
Clarifying Misconceptions About Web3
One of the biggest misconceptions about Web3 is that it's just a fad or a bubble. Many people view it as speculative or only for tech enthusiasts, but Tat Thang believes that Web3 has real, long-term potential to transform the internet and empower individuals. He points out that Web3 is much broader than just cryptocurrencies or NFTs. "At its core, Web3 is about decentralization, giving users ownership of their data, and creating more transparent and fair systems," he emphasizes. Although still in its early stages, Tat Thang sees the confusion and unpolished aspects of Web3 as simply part of its growth process. The ultimate goal is to build a more inclusive and democratic internet—something far beyond any temporary hype.

VNFG, the Vietnam Non Fungible Group, is Tat Thang’s proudest project—a true passion project rather than just work. "It’s about creating opportunities and building a supportive community where people can learn, share, and grow together," he says. His skillset spans content creation, community management, and project development. Tat Thang enjoys breaking down complex Web3 concepts into accessible information and creating environments that foster collaboration.

Tat Thang first heard about Joba Network through the Web3 community. The platform’s unique approach to connecting talent with opportunities in the decentralized world intrigued him. He was particularly drawn to Joba’s commitment to empowering individuals to take control of their careers in Web3, a mission that resonates deeply with his own values.
One of the biggest challenges Tat Thang has faced in the Web3 job market is staying updated with rapid technological advancements and industry shifts. "Staying up-to-date with the latest trends can be demanding, but it’s also essential for success," he explains. "Engaging in discussions, participating in events, and collaborating on small projects has helped me better understand different opportunities and company cultures before diving in," he shares.
