Le piratage, la difficulté de faire valoir ses droits d'auteur et les revenus insuffisants sont autant de problèmes qui freinent la créativité. nftBook propose une solution innovante pour rééquilibrer les rapports de force entre auteurs et éditeurs, en offrant aux écrivains un moyen de valoriser leur travail et d'en vivre.

Problèmes Adressés

De nos jours, les auteurs de livres font face à de nombreux défis liés au numérique. Parmi ces défis, le piratage, la falsification et le partage illégal de leurs œuvres qui nuisent à leur capacité de vivre de leur écriture. Face à ces difficultés, il est essentiel de repenser les stratégies de protection et de valorisation du travail des auteurs.

Solution Proposée

nftBook est une plateforme innovante qui permet aux auteurs de convertir leurs livres en NFT (token non fongible) pour résoudre ce défi. Elle dispose d’une marketplace permettant aux utilisateurs d’acheter, de revendre les livres mais aussi d’en acquérir grâce à un système de vente aux enchères. Elle proposera également un forum permettant des échanges interactifs entre auteurs et lecteurs.

- Authenticité : chaque NFT BOOK acquis sur la plateforme garantit l'origine de l'œuvre, évitant ainsi le problème de droits d'auteur.  

- Royalties automatiques : cela permet aux auteurs de percevoir un pourcentage fixe au préalable chaque fois que leurs œuvres sont achetées ou revendues.  

- Rareté : l'auteur peut fixer le nombre maximum de ses œuvres qui seront disponibles sur le marché, créant ainsi une pression d'achat.

Pertinence de la Blockchain

- Sécurité : la blockchain assure une protection élevée contre le piratage et la falsification des documents.  

- Traçabilité : toute transaction effectuée sur la plateforme est vérifiable sur la blockchain.  

- Création de smart contracts : ces contrats permettent de reverser automatiquement les commissions prélevées sur chaque achat et revente de l'œuvre.

Piracy, difficulty in enforcing copyright, and insufficient income are just some of the problems that stifle creativity. nftBook offers an innovative solution to rebalance the power dynamics between authors and publishers, providing writers with a way to value their work and make a living from it.

Problems Addressed:

Today, book authors face numerous challenges related to the digital world. These challenges include piracy, counterfeiting, and the illegal sharing of their works, which hinder their ability to make a living from their writing. Faced with these difficulties, it is essential to rethink strategies for protecting and valuing the work of authors.

Proposed Solution

nftBook is an innovative platform that allows authors to convert their books into NFTs (non-fungible tokens) to address this challenge. It features a marketplace where users can buy, resell books, and also acquire them through an auction system. It will also offer a forum allowing for interactive exchanges between authors and readers.

• Authenticity: each NFT BOOK acquired on the platform guarantees the origin of the work, thus avoiding copyright issues.

• Automatic royalties: this allows authors to receive a pre-determined fixed percentage each time their works are bought or resold.

• Scarcity: the author can set the maximum number of their works that will be available on the market, thus creating buying pressure.

• Traceability: any transaction made on the platform can be verified on the blockchain.
