Being good at the wrong thing is worse than being bad at the wrong thing. If you hate being a lawyer, but you're good at it, you feel stuck because of others expectations of you. If you're a bad lawyer, no one cares if you fuck off and do something you like.
The body contains an incredible amount of knowledge, unknown to the conscious brain, learned from generations of evolution. This is practically never appreciated or acknowledged by anyone. How do I stop bleeding when I have a cut, make my heart beat, or display a continuous pane of vision when my eyes have partially redundant fields of vision? I don't know, but my body does.
