All finally have over 100k players in Axie Origins this Season. Hopefully it is a good sign that more players will be joining in future seasons. Perhaps the crossover effect from other Ronin games may bring Axie Origins more players.
As for the meta, Turnip is still strong in the Mystic Era but there are 8 other archetypes along side it at the top. A very diverse meta so far at the top in the Mystic Era. Let's see how the meta will unfold in the rest of the Season.

We have reached the 100k mark this season in terms of players number. The trimodal pattern still exists with many players stuck at Boar and Tiger. Close to 4000 players are getting to Challenger. I personally am still rocking my Rare team hanging around at Dragon I, so it is very much possible to reach Challenger without too much investment in terms of Runes and Charms.
Archetype Usage
Overall archetype usage
There are only 15 matches played by 2400+ VStar in Days 3-5 of the Mystic Era, and mostly they are played with Turnip. Turnip is still the most popular archetype at the very top in 2300-2400 VStar but there are definitely more archetypes up there including Feather, Fury Aggro, Jinx, Brutal Claw, Sustain, Healing Pulse, Ramp Tiny Fan, and Triple Owl. Of course there are also quite a number of teams I failed to categorised them in an archetype given the diversity of what is viable in the Mystic Era. It is certainly nice to see different archetypes being viable. Let's see if Turnip will still be the strongest in the Msytic Era.

Overall Archetype Win Rates
Other than Turnip, Feather, Fury Aggro, Jinx, Brutal Claw, Sustain, Healing Pulse, Ramp Tiny Fan, and Triple Owl are all doing pretty well in climbing. The ones that are falling includes Pure DMG Strudy Fighter, Anemone, Leafy, and Perch. Such is the rise and fall of archetypes as the Era changes.
Archetype Matchups
It is nice to see different archetypes keeping each other in check. The main one that is mostly green (positive win rate) across would be Healing Pulse but it also has some even and not so good matchups. At this point, it should make sense that the Mystic Era is the more balanced one as the team has worked the most on balancing Mystic. It should be quite a fun Mustic Era for those who can and want to afford the Mystic Era. The main challenge is still AXP and leveling. It is not easy even for top players to switch teams because of the time investment required to level up Axies. Will this change with the collectable Axies parts metamorphosis in the future? We shall see.
Conclusion
Seems like a pretty diverse meta so far in the early Mystic Era. Should be a fun one for those who play Mystic Runes and Charms, which are probably those at mid to high Challenger. Let's see if the diverse meta at the top will last until the Final Era or will someone come up with something crazy to break the meta.
