When I started working on GIGAI Dec 1st, the thesis was quite simple:
There is way too much text based AI Agents, and not enough 3D Agents
As a 10+ years Creative Tech Veteran, I decided working on a solution that would later benefit the whole space: an advanced 3D avatar, inspired by the GIGA Chad meme, automated by AI.
We kept shipping more and more innovative features:
Dynamic multi-camera
HUD with branding, real-time market-cap, holders count, chart…
Ability to scroll any Twitter list or profile and react to tweets in real-time
Ability to look at tweets on his phone
Ability to reply under the specific tweet on Twitter with its reaction

We kept building GIGAI while always having in mind the idea of a framework than any dev could use. That’s the reason why MOD3LS came to life, to allow anyone to have a tailor made 3D Agent.
We already validated our business model with our 2 reputable clients we met at during the Solana Hackathon: $TETSUO and $ZKAGI.
While we are quite busy bringing them to life, we are also talking with more potential clients that we are excited to announce. Each time I make a call with a founder and talk to him about creating a 3D Avatars for their agents, many ideas always emerge. The possibilities are limitless.

January Crash
The whole AI Agent space completely crashed in January. GIGAI went down like every other projects, but our team is staying active and keep working on client projects and delivering features, bringing us closer to our public API.
While many are still in a state of fear we see it as an opportunity.
Powering the next generation of Agents with $M3
Text-agents are already obsolete. If developers want to stay competitive in 2025, they will have to create more visual experiences for their agents.
That’s why we are positioning ourselves as the leaders in tailor made 3D Avatars for agents. Unlike the other actors, who are all doing all inclusive platforms with heavy AI infrastructures and different features, we will only specialize on the 3D part, so we can keep innovating and bring the best results to our clients.
How to buy $M3?
The only way to get allocation into $M3 will be to swap them with $GIGAI. The two tokens are the same, this will be a 1:1 swapping. For example, if you own 100k $GIGAI, you will have a 100k $M3 allocation.
To avoid abuse, we will cap the amount of $M3 to 33M maximum per address, which shouldn’t be a problem for anyone given the current holders repartition.
In the following days, we will give you more information about when and where the swapping will take place. Keep accumulating.
The more $GIGAI you own, the more $M3 you will get.
Why no more $GIGAI?
GIGAI is our first 3D Agent, so it made sense to have a token using his name, but we have realized that we need to re-brand. 4 reasons:
People are confusing $GIGA and $GIGAI, our intention was to promote the $GIGA community on the AI space while building the most advanced 3D agent, but the two tokens looks too similar. It’s confusing new comers, some think it’s a scam.
We have a broader vision: We want to create 3D experiences for the whole space, we don’t want peope to only associate us with GIGAI. GIGAI is a showcase to show you what it is possible to do using our tech. How our 3D avatars can embed themselves to existing communities.
Brand strategy: We love the $GIGA community, but we want to create our own brand with our own utility token.
Utility: Our token will be used to reward our nodes who are creating the 3D videos of our agents using their GPUs, so it makes more sense to have a more “generalist” token than a one tied to GIGAI.
Will GIGAI stay up?
Absolutely. We will keep working on GIGAI and adding more features. He will keep stacking $GIGA to become the biggest GIGA whale there is. We will use the vault to do $GIGA giveaway instead of the planned airdrop to the $GIGAI holders.
We think that he will do even better, because right now, even though a lot of GIGA members like GIGAI, they aren’t sure about promoting him, because of the $GIGAI token being tied to him. We will only make it about the $GIGA token, to clear any potential confusion.
