How everyone should pick their NFT drop date

I didn't expect this

GM pushers !

Zima approaches. Every day I grow more tired.

But every day you show me more love and support .

Thank you.

Today we investigate how everyone should pick a date/time for their NFT drop 🤔

How people used to do it

Historically the best days to send newsletter are Wednesday and Thursdays.

Why do I talk about newsletters ?

Simple: Their success also relies on knowing when people are online

In fact @chenellco, the newsletter GOAT used to post on Thursdays 👇

But that was before.

Now she sends it on Sunday (as does @thejustinwelsh)

What changed ? 🤔 Does it translate to NFTs ? Let's find out

My Collectors' Activity

When do my collectors send transactions ?

Let's look at royalties (because contrary to sales, their timing is controlled by the collector)

the best day isn't Thursday or the weekend, but Monday ??

Actually, no.

Right after a drop, the secondary market surges for a few days.

So we need to remove transactions following major drops:

Now we're talking !

Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday (even Friday 🤯) look great.

But Tuesday? Big NO.

Evenings are best for a drop in the CET timezone (as favored historically)

I used to do 6PM CET, but it looks like the activity drops right at that time

The best times are 4PM and 9PM CET,

probably aligning with global activity (US, Europe and Asia awake):

The perfect time, the whole world is awake (kinda)

My Plan for Zima

So here's my plan:

Zima will drop on October 17th (Thursday)

at 4PM CET (10AM EST, 10PM CST)

See you next week
