NFT Matrix #32

Hi, and welcome to the new issue of NFT Matrix, where I present NFT Artists’ work. There is no presumption or judgement here, only exposure. The artist I am presenting is Apocalypse Art. Epic and dreamlike is how I would describe their work. I look at a couple of the artist’s pieces from their various platforms and provide my feelings and thoughts. Hope you enjoy, I’m always open to feedback.

The vivid colors and imagery remind me of religious art in the Catholic church. Not sure if the piece is religiously inspired, but it may be. I think it’s interesting how paintings like this present a dichotomy between the self and the darkness - as if we are always separate from our actions. Yet often they are one and the same.

I like the pastel colors. The blue is healing, and the black streaks convey the sadness prior to forgiveness. I love the yellow indicating vitality, and of course red indicating the heart. The light in the middle invokes something supernatural - true forgiveness can be a miracle.

This piece feels as if it is referencing a dimension or planet beyond earth. I love the dreamlike blur and colors.
Well, I hope you enjoyed this brief introduction to the artist! Find their links here.
