Managerial Training

Effective Management Courses for Experienced Professionals Only

Management courses for people without several years of managerial experience are a waste of time. What I aim to achieve and have been working towards throughout my years in teaching: • Managerial education should be exclusively for those who are already successful. I believe that management courses for people without several years of managerial experience are a waste of time. • Joint management education for representatives of the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. • Planned, systematic work of students in real organizations, in actual positions. • Emphasis on studying the state, society, history, and political processes. • Real managerial experience and sufficient practice working as consultants for instructors. • Focus on qualitative factors that cannot be measured numerically, including those outside of business. Along with this, developing skills to work with figures (understanding existing numerical indicators and being able to work with them). TIP OF THE DAY: Study only in courses that match your current position and the position you aspire to. Apply new knowledge directly in your work.
