Odisea is an innovation lab accelerating the adoption of crypto and AI. We do this by backing early-stage founders, designing programs that turn ideas into products, and collaborating with leading protocols to scale globally.
We’re looking for a part-time Ops Intern to help us run the backend of our programs. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, high-context team that works closely with builders and mentors across the ecosystem.
Help coordinate sessions, mentor calls, and community activities
Track team progress and make sure action items are moving forward
Organize and update internal tools (Notion, Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
Support communications with participants, mentors, and speakers
Upload and document session content (recordings, summaries, resources)
Monitor community channels and help participants stay engaged and on track
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable using Notion, Telegram, and spreadsheets
Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
Interested in startups, product-building, and Web3 (you don’t need to be an expert!)
Previous experience in student orgs, hackathons, or early-stage environments is a plus
Hands-on experience running high-impact programs for Web3 founders
A front-row seat to how products go from zero to one
Exposure to top mentors, protocols, and builders across the ecosystem
The chance to grow into a larger role within Odisea if there’s a strong match
This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) open to applicants across Latin America.
To apply, send a short intro and relevant links (LinkedIn, GitHub, past projects, etc.) to jobs@odisea.xyz.
