A poet that I admire, Pádraig Ó Tuama, recently shared a piece on Substack that proposed eight prompts which readers were asked to answer. The subject matter was the idea of the “ordinary” in life. An “ordinary” for your life.
Those prompt answers were then used to create a pantoum poem. This type of poem is formed by taking the various answers to each prompt and arranging them in a specific order where each will repeat at various times. This piece is my response.
Sending a thank you to, Pádraig Ó Tuama!
