Poke is a silly little app we built for music fans on Farcaster.

It matches you with other people based on your favorite artists, and prompts you to interact with them (if you want to).

It’s fun and playful.

But …

It’s also kind of powerful.

Those 8 artists are a deep part of who we are. Now you can connect with other people that share those similar experiences.

Even bigger than that, we’re expanding the onchain social graph with music data. 

Poke links your onchain identity (Farcaster ID) with your music taste.

All the data is open source so anyone can come and build on top of it. For example, artists can see who put them in their top 8 and reward them. 

Anyone can build new products on top like music leaderboards and incentives.
