Good art has the ability to make people move towards it. And so on.
When people see art they appreciate, they dwell on it, giving it attention, becoming aware of the details in it. Artists that are in the process of creating, see work they have not yet experienced. They are attracted by the idea before manifesting the work into existence. Like me writing this. And so on.
When an insect eats a flower’s nectar, it gets coated with pollen. The insects eventually deliver those genes to other flowers of the same species. Before insects, there were no flowers on Earth. Flowers are beautiful because they evolved to be attractive to insects. Life of a creator is like being a flower: beautifully attracting insects to pass memes to other flowers. And so on.
If I were a flower, the flowers I've grown from are:
coldcyrus: photographer and videographer
farwaygrace: illustrator and designer
Cest Levi: photographer and co-creator of Graveyard Shift
Heegs: fun-time chef and marketer for Connecting Global
Sarika: designer and founder of PopcornLabs
These are flowers deeply rooted in Toronto, creating globally. And so on.
