Laser Pointers

reminders of death around corners in parking lots

Sometimes I sit alone in a parking lot--late at night--pointing lasers at innocent people. They're usually walking towards their car or some building. I sit in my car and aim the laser at people as they're walking. Lasers have a concentrated beam of light that travel long distances without spreading. When I point the light at someone, they're clueless. They have no awareness that a bright red dot is on their chest or stomach or ass. And so on. I find this amusing. I'd be just as clueless if I were in their position. There's no reason to suspect a sociopath is sitting alone in his car pointing lasers at you. Sometimes, I aim for someone's head. That's usually when they realize they're being targeted. I'm not sure how to describe their reactions. It's priceless.
