Introducing The Genesis GOATs

With immense excitement and a commitment to innovation, we are proud to announce the evolution of our 'MightyNet' ecosystem into GOAT Gaming. This pivotal move signals the dawn of a grander vision that expands the capacity of what MightyNet could achieve to one that encompasses our Telegram vision, Fortnite integration, tech stack for devs, and AI tools, all converging into a super application layer platform. This platform will feature hundreds of games with prizes, creating a vibrant ecosystem where competition and reward go hand in hand.

At the heart of this ecosystem are our Genesis GOATs NFT collection. These are the premium ecosystem NFTs for GOAT Gaming. Holders will benefit from all the rewards that GOAT Gaming has to offer: a $GOAT drop and ongoing milestone-based rewards and bonuses that span across the success of all our games, infrastructure and AI tooling.

Our transition to The Genesis GOATs NFTs is meticulously designed to consolidate our brand and community, setting the stage for robust growth.

We identified several challenges within the current Mighty Bear Games NFT ecosystem. Newcomers often face confusion about which collection to buy, leading to fragmented liquidity and a 2-tier system. Additionally, with our rebranding to GOAT Gaming, it's essential to phase out the MightyNet branding.

Our goal is to simplify and amplify the potential of our ecosystem, paving the way for explosive growth under the unified GOAT Gaming brand.

• Total Supply: 3333

  • We are reducing the total supply of NFTs inside the ecosystem from 6337 (5000 BBS + 1337 MNGP) to 3333 GOAT NFTs.

  • This supply is split between holder-free claim and whitelisted mint.

  • Mint Price is TBC

• Free Claim for Existing Holders:

  • MightyNet Genesis Pass holders can mint 1 Genesis GOAT for each 1 MightyNet Genesis Pass they hold.

  • Big Bear Syndicate holders can mint Genesis Goats at the following ratios:

    • 6 common Big Bear Syndicate = 1 Genesis GOAT

    • 3 rare Big Bear Syndicate = 1 Genesis GOAT

    • 1 Legendary Big Bear Syndicate = 2 Genesis GOAT

• How to know your Big Bear Syndicate Rarity?

  • Common = static background

  • Rare = video background (Either Kurt’s Kingdom, Smell of Victory or Cityscape)

  • Legendary = “Thunderstruck” video background

• Snapshot + Trading Lock:

  • On the 29th July we will do a final snapshot of Big Bear Syndicate and MightyNet Genesis Pass holders and lock the collections from trading.

  • From this point Big Bear Syndicate and MightyNet Genesis Passes will no longer be able to be traded and will become soulbound NFTs.

  • Why soulbound?

    • This would prevent anyone from accidentally buying after the snapshot

    • This collection will not have ongoing utility, however we can still identify OG wallets for retroactive rewards.

    • We chose locking over burning to allow for anyone attached to the art and meaning of the NFT to hold onto it. But essentially it’s accomplishing the same thing: ending active utility for Big Bear Syndicate NFTs and migrating to Genesis GOAT NFTs.

We have been diligently tracking our holders and conducting snapshots. As a token of our appreciation, existing Big Bear Syndicate and MightyNet Genesis Pass holders will receive a bonus $GOAT drop based on the duration of their holdings and their ongoing support over the years. This way we can offer rewards to all of our existing holders regardless of size of holdings and reward time in our ecosystem.

Understanding the diverse needs of our community, we have devised several options for smaller holders who may not meet the full minting requirements:

1. Raffle System: Holders who have less than 6 Common Big Bear Syndicates can enter a raffle for a Genesis GOAT. Each common BBS held equates to a 16.67% chance of winning a Genesis GOAT, with increased chances for multiple holdings up to 5.

2. Consolation $GOAT Drop: If you do not win the raffle, you will receive a consolation $GOAT drop at TGE.

3. Community-Based Nominations: Long-term players and supporters who wish to join the Genesis Goats holder cohort but are unable to with the above options can nominate themselves or others before mint through this form here. We will consider these nominations based on merit, active past participation as a community member, or long term Big Bear Syndicate holder for either a guaranteed whitelist spot or a free mint. However no promises can be made.

This plan is a result of extensive consultations with our community. We have carefully considered feedback and data, ensuring our approach aligns with the interests and aspirations of our members. Our goal is to foster a unified, vibrant community under the GOAT Gaming brand where loyalty is valued and rewarded.
