Pudgy Penguins is an NFT pfp project on Ethereum that was launched in July 2021 and purchased by Luca in April 2022 for 750 ETH, or around $2.5M USD.
Pudgy Penguins is really the only NFT project to have reached the mainstream in any meaningful way, with their figurines and plushies now being sold in Walmart stores across the country.
They’ll also be debuting a couple of new things they’ve been working on soon, namely Overpass and Pudgy World, which Luca shares more about in this episode.
If you’re a Pudgy Penguins holder, you will love this episode, and if you work in crypto in any capacity, you’ll be able to learn something new from Luca that you can put into practice straight away to help you find success in this industry.
