Tokyo DAO invades Baggage Claim at Farcon!

Proposal to show off Tokyo builders & creators at Farcon

After meeting the project's founder at FWB FEST in Idyllwild last year, our team at Senspace has gotten close with Sirsu, the founder of popular crypto project, 747air.

Initially launching as a meme coin ($CRASH), reacting to the poor business and safety practices of airplane manufacturer, Boeing, the project has grown into something much bigger over the last few months. They've become the first-ever "virtual airline" (no planes yet!) and have created onchain loyalty points for all travel, making what was once something entirely owned by corporations into an asset for individuals.

Senspace recently hosted 747air for a club event in Shibuya and 747air is now looking to return the favor!

747air is running an airport themed event at Farcon called "Through the Baggage Claim" and has graciously offered Senspace and Tokyo DAO the opportunity to be a curate a "Duty Free" shop as part of the event!

Senspace plans to sell /ball tees here and have a physical Gashapon in collaboration with 747air, but also this is a great opportunity for Tokyo DAO projects like Farcastea to show off their tea, Check-in to show off their new fans, Pichi to show off their cool Japan merch and for other DAO community artists and projects to show off their work! It's also a nice coincidence that Tokyo DAO's first NFT is a passport and fits very well with the event theme.

I would like to propose that DAO to put 0.5 ETH towards the event to support the event and help promote amazing Japanese builders at Farcon! The fees would go directly towards the production of the event itself. As you all may know, renting an event space/running an event in LA is not cheap and so I think this is the least that we could do for getting this amazing opportunity!

Sirsu will also be at the next Tokyo Farcaster Meetup so feel free to ask him any questions about 747air and $CRASH then!
