We are now kickstarting our process to select members of the Tokyo DAO operating committee!

Schedule will be as follows:

Applicants applied under the assumption that they would be able to support on the tasks below with the following time commitments.

Time Commitment

-1 weekly meeting+additional work as needed in between meetings

-1 year term (potential for longer depending on how we structure things)

-Codify DAO mission

-Create contribution model to DAO

-Treasury management strategy and budget goals

-New member entry format creation (1 NFT and you’re in for life unfortunately isn’t sustainable)

-Creating DAO branding

-Participation in summer Tokyo conferences & Onchain summer

-Farcon Tokyo/Asia

-Setting up member directory

-Organizing meetups

-Biz Dev with third party partners
