Scoop3 Farcaster Account Manifesto 📜

As you likely know, we've been actively raising for Scoop3, an onchain podcast player with patent-pending technology built on Base. We have 2 campaigns going, one for people who want to angel invest and one for people who want to make a pledge via crypto. We're extremely thankful for the support we've received from the community so far!

While the Scoop3 Warpcast channel has been relatively active, the Scoop3 Farcaster account has not been. That is changing effective immediately. Here's how:

If you aren't on the Scoop3 channel, join us! And when you join us, introduce yourself, tell us what excites you about Scoop3, and maybe even tell us your favorite podcast. This sends good vibes, and is also a signal to our account to start following you!

When we follow you, we will engage you. We will like your posts. We will give you thoughtful replies. As a community leader, we will do our best to support you for success. The more engagement your account receives, the more likely you are to be marked as an active user, and you will also receive a higher $DEGEN allowance.

NOTE: The Scoop3 account is primarily controlled by meta-david. To remove any conflicts of interest, the two accounts do not engage each other (though once in a blue moon, David may clumsily hit "like" for a Scoop3 post; please excuse -- not intentional!)

Ah yes, $DEGEN tipping! Admittedly, our $DEGEN allowance is very small at the moment, but we are working on increasing it the more active we become. As our allowance increases, we will set out to tip creators, investors, pledgers, and our biggest supporters (in any and all forms). This is our value and investment back into you, our community.

We will discreetly select a few members of the Scoop3 channel where we turn on notices and be sure to prioritize them for engagement and tipping. These are our biggest supporters (again, in any and all forms). They will not be the only ones receiving engagement/tipping from us, but we want to be sure they never get overlooked.

• If possible, and where it makes sense for you, engage with our posts to help increase our allowance. This helps us to help you. A notice on for our account can help facilitate that.

• Support fellow community members in the Scoop3 channel, especially creators.

• Not an ask, but more of an FYI, we are not asking for tips BUT, if you do tip us, we kindly appreciate this; it will go straight towards the development of Scoop3.
