The Crowd: UAP Artifacts

Hi Crowd!

Just a short entirely self promotional note, but I've got a small art project dropping this morning and thought some of you might have missed the my Twitter (yes I'm deadnaming X) posts about it. After watching the recent Congressional hearings about UAPs and coverups and whistleblowing and all that, which I found fascinating, like many I was annoyed af at the lack of bad ass new imagery. So I decided to make some of my own.

UAP Artifacts is a collection of 66 imagined images of objects recovered from UAPs, or in some cases the UAPs themselves. Some crashed and damaged, some in mint condition. I had a lot of fun making these and the few I showed publicly were well received so I went ahead and made the collection. This is my first time using Foundation's new "Drops" and "Refund Dutch Auction" tools but I since I was looking for a reason to play with those as well, this worked out perfectly.

For the laymen in the group, this means that starting today at 10AM PST (about 30 mins from now) people will be able to mint a piece from the collection at the starting price. Over the following hour the price will decrease every minute until it hits a final resting point. People who buy earlier of course pay more up front - however at sell out or at the end of the hour they will get a refund for anything above what they the final price ends up being. So if they paid .5 eth and the final price is .25 eth, they will get a refund of .25 eth and this way everyone pays the same price. I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out.

Anyway! Now you know - check it out if you are into this kind of thing. Thanks!
