New Rules for Roll Call in the cryptoart-school

Hi my name is Stellabelle and I’m the host of the cryptoart-school in Farcaster.

I created the concept of Roll Call several months ago as a way to reward students who show up for “class”. Sometimes I have an Extra Credit activity as part of Roll Call which takes the form of questions, opinions or feedback. Roll Call was designed as a way to reward active students in the school, and to give people a little treat that they can always count on.

During the period when my $degen allowance was cut down to around 300 per day, my Roll Call tips declined to 10 degen per student. Now that I have a bigger allowance, I have decided to design Roll Call a bit better, to ensure that no bots or Ai chatbots will receive any student funds.

So although I dislike rules, gatekeeping and complexity, the idea of bots or Ai chatbots receiving rewards is not pleasant. Therefore, I have decided to provide the majority of Roll Call tips to those who own at least one Student ID. This will greatly cut down on bots or Ai chatbots receiving $degen. But I am not completely stopping rewards for new people who show up but who don't yet have a Student ID because gatekeeping sucks, tbh.

Student IDs are part of the cryptoart-school culture.

So far, there are six different Student IDs to choose from: girl, boy, Pepe, rekt, hopium Pepe, hopium Wojak. There are two Student IDs that are still available to mint for 69 $degen each, with the sale ending in 2 days: hopium pepe and hopium Wojak.

The rest of the Student IDs have been minted but many are on secondary, so you may have to put some offers on them.

Student IDs will serve more functions in the future, but for now, everyone who owns at least one Student ID will receive much bigger tips during Roll Call going forward, starting tomorrow Wednesday May 29, 2024. Get ready to show your Student ID by casting it in Roll Call tomorrow.

If you don’t reply to Roll Call in the cryptoart-school channel in Farcaster, you will not receive a tip. As I mentioned earlier, Roll Call is designed to reward active students in the school.
