The Tap Ants Weekly Referral Contest is a recurring competition designed to reward players who successfully refer new users to Tap Ants. The contest runs on a weekly basis from February 10th, 2025 to March 30, 2025, with winners determined based on their referral activity from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC.  

Individual player weekly referral tally reset to 0 every week – Each participant starts fresh at the beginning of a new contest period, however the players total lifetime referral count will remain.

Non-NFT holders who refer 10+ players in a single week automatically receive an Immortal NFT – They will be upgraded and compete in the Immortal NFT Holder Raffle.

• Every player who holds an Immortal NFT will qualify for the weekly drawing.  

• Each immortal NFT holder will have an equal chance to win.

• One lucky winner will be randomly selected.

• The weekly Immortal drawing winner receives $50 USDT deposited into the wallet address linked to the winner’s Tap Ants profile.  No changes to the winning wallet address will be allowed after the deposit has been made.

• The top 3 players with the most referral link sign-ups for the contest week will be ranked and posted.

• First place will win $100 USDT

• Second Place will win $50 USDT

• The weekly Champion winners receive $100 or $50 USDT deposited into the wallet address linked to the winner’s Tap Ants profile.  No changes to the winning wallet address will be allowed after the deposit has been made.

• Every player that refers a friend to sign up for Tap Ants during the contest week will have a chance to win!

• Each friend referral will earn a player 1 raffle ticket, up to 10 tickets max! 

• The more friends you bring, the higher your chances to win! 

• The weekly Builder winner receives $50 USDT deposited into the wallet address linked to the winner’s Tap Ants profile.  No changes to the winning wallet address will be allowed after the deposit has been made.

• “friend referral” or “referral” or “referral link”  = A NEW player referred to the Tap Ants platform through a current player referral link who registers to the platform with a valid email address that is not currently registered on the Tap Ants platform.

• Referral period: Monday 00:00 UTC – Sunday 23:59 UTC

• Winner announcement: After Monday at 10:00 AM UTC+9 on Tap Ants’ social channels.

• Prize payout: USDT transfer to the winners’ registered wallets within 7 business days.

• Open to all Tap Ants registered players.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country.

• Employees of Ants Global Inc. are not eligible to participate.

• Participants must provide a valid USDT wallet address for prize distribution.

• The contest begins every Monday during the contest period at 00:00 UTC and ends on Sunday at 23:59 UTC.

• Winners are determined based on referrals recorded during that period.

• Any single player can only have up to 10 chances (tickets) to win in any single weekly raffle pool

• The winner will be selected by a randomized, electronic raffle system

• Player with the selected raffle “ticket” wins

• Prizes are distributed via USDT transfer to the winner’s Tap Ants platform connected wallet address within 7 business days of winner confirmation.

• No changes to the winners wallet address will be allowed after the prize money has been deposited.

• Winners will be announced on Tap Ants’ social media channels.

• By accepting the USDT Prize, the winners agree to have their username announced publicly.

To count as a valid referral:

• The referred player must register a verified email account on Tap Ants.

• The referred player must be a new user using an email address that has not been previously registered on the Tap Ants platform.

• The new user must log in and complete a minimum of 50 taps within the contest period. 

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent referrals will not be counted.

• Tap Ants reserves the right to disqualify participants found using VPNs, bots, or any unethical means to manipulate referrals.

• Participants engaging in spam, fake accounts, bot-generated referrals, or other manipulative behavior will be permanently banned from all Tap Ants contests.

• Tap Ants reserves the right to audit and verify referral activity before awarding prizes.

• In cases of suspected fraud, Tap Ants may withhold or revoke prizes.

• If you are found to be engaging in fraudulent activity on the Tap Ants platform we will inform you at the email address you used to register for the game.

• Participants are responsible for any taxes or legal reporting requirements in their country of residence.

• Ants Global Inc. does not provide tax advice and recommends that winners consult their local tax authorities.

By participating in this contest, participants agree that:

• Ants Global Inc., its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation.

• USDT transfers are final and non-reversible; Ants Global Inc. is not responsible for lost or incorrectly provided wallet addresses.

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ants Global Inc. from any legal disputes, liabilities, or claims arising from their acceptance of the award prizes.

• Tap Ants reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for reasons including changes in business goals, budgets, fraud, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Tap Ants will announce any termination of contests on Tap Ants social media channels. Once a contest cancellation is announced, it shall be considered terminated immediately, without delay.

• In case of contest termination, no further prizes will be awarded.

• These rules are governed by the laws of Panama.

• Any disputes arising from the contest shall be resolved through arbitration in Panama City, Panama.
