Both sides held sound arguments over increasing the block or not but as the book lays out, the key actors in the ecosystem point to their behavior that ultimately swung the court of public opinion.

The term perma-ware has been floated around to describe BTC since the software has shown that it is not upgraded as conventional software we are used to.
