Product

🌞 We're in the testing stage for scheduling announcements to specific user segments. This started as a simple scheduling announcement feature, but evolved to allow announcements to specific user segments, and announcements to be sent as a DM.

🌨 HiveMind (Q&A chatbot): While the tech is advancing, from user research we learned that we need fine-grained control on what data the bot is trained (e.g., only messages from the community manager) and where the bot is allowed to post what messages (e.g., discount codes limited to specific channels)

🥀 Just before the end of December, we pushed our new, community-centric onboarding flow. This opens up the path for communities connecting different platforms in an intuitive ways. Getting this done was key to move away from being "only a Discord bot". The next infrastructure improvement is to allow for advanced permission management so that community managers can share our dashboard/app with others. This is crucial for community agencies and consultants.

Marketing & Growth

We continue with our bi-monthly Twitter spaces. We've added a monthly community call where we talk about our roadmap.

We will be evaluating our process as our growth in new sign-ups and returning users is low.

Roadmap

The next tasks in development are:

Telegram integration: Started with it in December.
Collab.land integration: We have to wait for the community-centric app to be completed to start this task. It isn't just plug-and-play but requires a bit of dev work.
Automations MVP: The user facing side needs to be build
