Product

🌞 In January we launched v1 of smart announcements, letting users schedule announcements. We plan to launch a feature with more bells and whistles, but as this took longer than expected, we got the first version out. V2 is currently undergoing Q&A testing and includes flows to design proper campaigns in Discord: tagging users by their name, role, or engagement level.

🌨 HiveMind (Q&A chatbot): The feature is advancing according to plan. Milestone 3 has been submitted to the foundation and we're progressing on Milestone 4.

🥀 Integrating Telegram is going slower than expected. Recent changes to the API will make our live easier, but also meant we have to redo some work.

Marketing & Growth

We continue with our bi-monthly Twitter spaces and monthly community calls. Our last call with The Graph was a success. We've added to this

appearing on other people's events (Twitter spaces, LinkedIn audio events)
short articles on Medium to showcase our expertise in community management. Early results looks successful in driving website visits and social media engagement.

Roadmap

The next tasks in development are:

Analyzer: We've decided to change some of our metrics. We noticed that users were confused about the numbers they saw. To make the numbers look more familiar, we're adding traditional engagement metrics. This should make the dashboard more familiar and help with keeping users.
Code of Conduct bot: We've decided to pick this grant up again. We were not able to work on it, as the tokens were locked for some time and we didn't have the necessary funding to pre-pay our team for the work.

We reorganized the roadmap. The following items have been pushed further back or put on hold

Collab.land integration: This has been put on-hold in order to progress on grant work.
Automations MVP: 80% of the functionality are already included in the v2 of smart announcements. What is missing is the recurrent nature of these messages.

Metrics

We have 76 communities who deployed the bot.
MRR: $1130
DAU: between 0 and 10 during February. A DAO joined recently who is testing TogetherCrew to improve individual and team processes.
Our weekly website metrics are between 43 and 98 unique visitors.

Assuming we hit all the milestones for SingularityNet our runway is June 2024.

In Q1 2024, we will continue with our grant-funding strategy. We've submitted or planning to submit to TON (telegram analytics), Tezos foundation (Connector) and Nouns X Farcaster.
