Whether you are a long-term macro investor or swing trader, utilising the right tools and capturing the right information can help you understand when conditions are for buying, selling or simply doing nothing. This is how you create an edge in markets, and yes, that is very possible to do in the crypto space where there is so much information asymmetry compared to traditional finance.
Rather than give you a dozen choices for every category that do the same thing and leave it to you to figure out what is best, below is a short list of unique tools we use within crypto, verifying their quality with a short description of their specific use case.
If you would like a complete dashboard of all the products you can use for easy navigation, bookmark apps.tortugaonchain.com, which hosts another Galleon Labs app, UltraSoundApps.

DexScreener
Fast charting platform specifically for DEX-only tradable tokens (e.g. Uniswap Pools).
GeckoTerminal
Like DexScreener, however, GeckoTerminal tracks Curve pools too, which, if the token only has liquidity on there, you’ll need this.
Velo
The main source of derivatives data when trading futures within Crypto. Specifically, data visualisation around open interest, funding rates, and liquidations are of core interest.
Exchange
Aevo
Aevo is a DEX that offers options, perpetual futures, pre-launch perpetual, and more. What makes it great as a degen-friendly exchange is that the team quickly lists new speculative markets, and the product has a great, sleek UI.
GMX
GMX is an Arbitrum-based DEX where you can open leveraged positions within a swap-like interface. It has a limited selection of markets but deep liquidity, so if you are into leveraging BTC and ETH with size and no slippage, GMX is the place.
WOO
If you want to use a centralised exchange, I would choose WOO. They are very in touch with the crypto community regarding asset selection and products. They have transparent proof of reserves you can check, ensuring the exchange is always solvent.
1inch
For all asset swapping needs on a DEX, use 1inch to aggregate the best route and liquidity from across DeFi to give you the best output.
CoW Swap
For large swaps, limit orders and TWAPs, CoW Swap is favoured with a focus on MEV-protected, gas-efficient execution.
Discovery

BNB Smart Chain, Scroll, Gnosis Chain, Cosmos, Base
Wallet
Rabby

Safe
Consider a Safe Wallet, which has advanced security features and multi-signature support to secure significant amounts of funds you will not be interacting with much.
