LIP-26 introduces the concept of User-Owned Algorithm Tokens, granting users the ability to personalize and own their feed algorithms across various Lens-compatible applications. These tokens will empower users to curate their social media experience by specifying preferences and parameters that dictate how content is displayed in their feeds.

The motivation behind LIP-26 stems from the growing need for users to have greater autonomy over their online interactions.
