Web3 is one of the most important technological advances of the 21st century. Over the course of the next few decades, decisions will be made, products launched, and communities built in web3 to the effect of transforming our planet.

Who will make them?

It will be those native to web3 that have the biggest influence on its future. And it will be genZ, those barely aged 25 or under today, who will have the longest impact. Understanding how this generation will direct, use, and experience web3 is critical to building companies and communities that stand the test of time.

That's why we started The Symmetrical. The internet's biggest genZ DAO, our mission is to bring web3 to the rest of our generation. Incubated by Seed Club, the Y Combinator of web3, we're an investment and consulting DAO who have helped the likes of Glass and Station build their products and made investments supported by MetaCartel and 1kx. Our 60 members work at leading companies, investors, and communities in web3, including Uniswap, Coinbase, CabinDAO, Techstars, and Unstoppable Domains, as well as other influential organisations, such as Meta, adidas, the Canadian Government, and the New York Times.

Together, we're educating our generation about web3, consulting with builders leveraging blockchain, and making investments and grants in the space. On this newsletter, we'll share the stories of our members, their insights, and our learnings as we build, consult, and invest.
