Stani is an Argentinian artist creating mesmerizing work with a fantasy and science fiction twist. New to the NFT space, Stani is coming out in force. With a clear theme running through all of his work, the Portals series is an adventure that keeps on giving. As the title says, each piece depicts a portal of some sort. Where does it lead? We don’t know. Did someone go in, or did something come out of it? We are not sure. What we have is just enough information to keep us interested. Done in the same size with a clear frame that gives the feeling you are looking through a window to another world, a quick glance is all you need for a story to form in your head. Stani’s portals have already led to countless worlds with a unique story for every individual viewer, and we are only just at the beginning.

183Corp is an artist based out of Indonesia. He created a world around a cast of lovely characters with bright colours and a definite cheerful style. At the centre of almost all of his work, we have Corpy, best described by her creator as Cute and Deadly! Bringing us along for the ride, we get to travel the sky on the back of a flying whale, open a coffee shop or simply relax and gaze at the sky. While positive most of the time, Corpy gets her moments of doubt and loneliness like the rest of us. She’s a reflection of our own journey through life.
183Corp is also behind Cosplay Corpy, a beautiful PFP project where he’s using his distinctive style to have Corpy cosplay as fictional characters. With 53 released so far and more on the way, it’s a hidden gem in the Tezos PFP universe.

Elizaveta is a Russian artist currently working out of Spain. Describing herself as sweet and psycho (The True Self), she brings to life unique mystical characters that feel just a bit alien. The eyes are an integral part of each of the characters; you might think at first that they are blind, but the more you look at them, you clearly realize they see something, but what exactly? For sure, they are always watching (Eyes of the Universe). But even if they feel larger than life living so close to the Moon, you get a glimpse of their humanity in Trauma, Nostalgia and Silence. In the end, some will reach the stars (Eva) while others never leave the ground.

Visual artist from Argentina, Anibal Argañaraz describes his style as Digital Expressionism and has been creating digitally since 2003. When I looked at his work, the Phone series caught my eyes first. Brilliantly done with a great mix of contrasting colours, those old phones feel like they are melting in front of us; they belong to another time and are slowly exiting our collective mind. The phone series continues in the emotionally charged Eternal Call Waiting. The same scene repeats itself, but from a different angle, the phone always looking in, as this person is waiting for a call that’s never gonna come. You will continue to be amazed at the retelling of the Argentinian 2001 financial and social crisis based on Martín Acosta´s photos or by the social critique “The spectacle of the human condition”. Anibal Argañaraz invites you into his world, and it’s an unforgettable voyage.
COMMUNITY DIGS: So Heil
UNDRGRND community members nominate their favorite undiscovered artists to be featured in weekly DIGS. UNDRGRND empowers its community to dig for bold, innovative, under valued NFT artists.
why so serious son?
Chemical planet
Philosopher
I can't be a hero
NFT Kills
Surfing through Twitter today, I stumbled upon a tweet for an NFT artist’s new profile pic. I liked the pic, but I liked the art style even more. So I headed over to his Objkt page to see if there was anything else I liked. There was A LOT. What jumped out first were his NFT Community Badges. Fun but straightforward badges for sites like Objkt, Foundation, HEN, and others. I really liked the NFT Kills badge. What drew me in, though, and got me there in the first place, were his characters. They’re diverse, interesting, and just unique art. When I saw Tesla, I instantly picked that one up. I loved it. Other excellent pieces were Why so serious son?, Chemical Planet, Philosopher, and I Can’t Be A Hero. You have got to check out this artist. I’m sure you’ll find something there that you’ll want to pick up and add to your collection.
Each UNDRGRND DIGS will feature artists our curators have purchased for the UNDRGRND Collection. UNDRGRND will airdrop pieces from our collection to community members via giveaways.
